YEA YEA YEA FOR NANA!

So, Nana just came and spent 4 days with us and it was FABULOUS! It was just SOOO nice to visit with her, shop with her, stay up late at night just talking, it was great. Another bonus was the kids wanted to stay home with Nana while Momma went to "school." Understandable of course. For me it was GREAT because it was SO much easier! Not getting the kids ready for school was nice but the best part was getting to my classroom and being able to get ready for the day WITHOUT my own kids in there drivin' me nuts! They are usually very well behaved BUT they still want to get things out to play with, need help in the bathroom (and Georgia always comes out naked so has to be dressed again!), etc.
Come home from work to a CLEAN HOUSE
visit with the kids and Nana and then Nana COOKED DINNER
and CLEANED afterwards.
It was truly like a vacation for me in many regards AND I really love hangin' out with her!
I'm so blessed to have a MIL that is great with the kids (and loves to be with them), easy to chat with, understands life's frustrations for me, and truly only wants to help.

Don't we just love Nans's. I to haev a great MIL and Mom, they just want to be there. Glad you got the visit and the help. It's always refreshing.
